Letting a battery run dead flat with no charge several times does affect the life of the battery. Whether yours is damaged or not would require you taking it to an auto parts store that offers testing to see how it acts under a load. I'd give it a week and see how it acts. You might have lucked out and get another 3-5 years out of it.
