318 year model? value?

I'm looking at a 318 with a 50" deck, duoble bagger, and a 30" rototiller. Can't tell which motor it has/don't know where to look. The model # is 00318x370105. Can the year model be determined from this? It's in pretty good shape, all original I think, has "414" hrs per the meter. Guess as to value?? Thanks
