model 185 won't start

I have drained all the old gas, and put in new / Drained the Carb bowl and verified fuel to the carb by disconnecting the fuel supply and cranking the machine over and watched the gas spurt out / verified spark with the plug removed / Can feel air being pushed and sucked with finger over the spark plug hole while it's cranking / With air filter removed engine is back firing up through the carb. / Choke working. / PTO switch in off position. /Won't start, any ideas?????
