Since you are on the John Deere forum, I'll suggest some new Deeres, the 2210 4WD, the 790, and the 4010 4WD as a place to start. these machine all start at around $10,000 with no attachments and will do the work you described. If the budget is tighter, then I'd recommend looking for a Cub 5000 series, or possibly something used.
