STX-38 Riding mower stalls when hot, restarts when cool.

6 year old STX-38 riding mower in top shape is cutting off after engine gets hot, (Approx.-30 mins cutting time) If given 45 mins-1 hr to cool down, it then starts up just fine ist try. I have replaced fuel filter, air filter, plugs, etc, no change. It appears the problem is electrical. Is there some sort of temp. sensor or relay that could be causing this?
