JD 250(?) 5 bottom plow

Not sure if the plow is a old JD 250 or 350, but it is a 5 bottom with resets. I would like to know if it is possible to but a trailer hitch, used of course to put on this plow to run in the furrow. We pull it with a JD 4230 with dual on the left and the single on the right running in the furrow. We would like to get that wheel out of the furrow and put the other dual on it. But to do this we need to get a trailer wheel in furrow. Anyone know if they made one, or if it is possible to retro fit it with one? thanks, larry
