Diesels are not my specialty, but I am having a hard time understanding why fuel injectors would cause heat to build up. I would think that if the injectors were bad, it wouldn't run right and not have full power. I'd focus on the water pump, thermostat, cooling fan etc and try to find out why the engine is not cooling properly. You really should check out the web site I mentioned above. It's all Deere owners and having just checked the membership roster, there are 10 guys there that own 332 tractors.
