Did you mix the new anti-freeze with the proper amount of water for maximun temperature protection? Replace the thermostat? Was the radiator cleaned inside AND outside? Is the cooling fan working properly? Any kinks in the radiator hoses? (I'm listing all the cheap stuff to fix that I can in hopes that it will solve the problem) Any areas around the engine plugged with grass clippings and leaves holding the heat in? Water pump is working properly? If all of this fails, you might want to post your question at www.weekendfreedommachines.org There are over 700 Deere owners there that might be able to fix your problem. It is a site dedicated to the care and maintenance of pre 1992 Deere garden tractors.
