My 1998 LX178 with Kawasaki 15hp V-twin liquid cooled developed a stuck exhaust valve this summer. It had 125 hours, oil changed annually (every 25 hrs+/-). Dealer replaced both valves in both heads, replaced head with stuck valve, push rods and camshaft - $800!! Now 8 hours later, valve is stuck again. Anybody heard of this problem or have thoughts about a cause? I bought this engine because I thought with some reasonable maintenance it would last a long time. Very disappointing...
