ABOVE THE NEEDLE ADJUSTMENT ON THE CARB THERE IS A HOLE. THE TRACTOR WILL RUN (VERY ROUGH) WITH NOTHING OVER THE HOLE. WHEN YOU COVER THE HOLE IT WILL RUN SMOOTH. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE IN THAT HOLE OR HAVE ANY SOLUTIONS TO MY PROBLEM?
