I have an early model JD 4020. When cutting weeds, the blades on the cutter keep slowing down. I've tried 2 other cutters and the same thing happens, so I'm thinking that something is wrong with the tractor's pto. Everything worked fine last summer. Is there any adjustment or what could be causing this problem? Any help is greatly appreciated.
