870 transmission slips???

1994 870 won't move from a parked position in the higher gears. It works in lower gears, 1st thru 4th. I thought it might be low trans/hyd fluid and overfilled the resevoir before finding the dip stick, but that didn't help. Any ideas as to what would cause this?
