I left my JD 4200 tractor on a steep upward slope overnight after working it hard yesterday. It rained hard last night. Today it would not start. Could it be due to the slope? I just refueled it yesterday and it looks like it still has plenty of diesel fuel.
I was warned not to use starter fluid (ether?) to help get it going.
Should I try to get it towed to level ground? It is deep in the mountains, so I would appreciate any starting tips
