Folks,
I'm being offered a 4WD 1070 w/ canopy, front loader, heavy-duty rotary mower, post hole digger w/ 2 augers, 8' tiller, drag harrow, & 7-ton trailer for $20,000. Oh, 650 hours on it. To be used on a 20 acre property.

Any comments, suggestions, advice?
