: A friend of mine bought a 2010, 1964 model without any form of shop manuals. He asked if I could get someone on the ' net to recommend fluid types and also to give him the capacities of Rear End, Hydralics etc...any help would be appreciated...tnx.Joe
I just changed over all the fluids in my 2010. I switched the engine to synthetic oil 10w-30 which the manual calls for. I also changed the hydraulic/transmission oil
I am currently using a JD 330 equivalent oil. I will be switching to synthetic hydraulic oil next time. The fluid levels for mine were as follows:
Engine oil (4) - U.S. quarts
Hydraulic/Transmission (32) - U.S. quarts
I highly recommend changing the hydraulic filter I did it helped alot.
If you have any more questions I would be glad to help.
