3 point attachment for 318 - need lesson

I can't figure out how the 3 point attachment would work. What comes with the kit? Does it use the existing ram that raised the mower deck? How does it bolt on? How much does it go up and down? etc. etc. etc.

I'd like to mount a bucket on the back rather than the front as it would seem easier to add weight to the front and the weight of the bucket and load would add to the traction instead of taking away. Any thoughts? (I'm talking about operating in reverse).

Also - does the 318 have any weak points? Looks like its built like the proverbial brick outhouse.
