Kevin - It could be the carb, but it could also be the coil. Sometimes when the coil becomes old and weak, it looses it's ability to deliver enough energy once it becomes hot, even though a spark is produced. I'd check the carb out first and make sure it's clean and working properly. Also, make sure the plugs are properly gapped. Good luck. - Dave
