I have an older John Deere LX255 lawn tractor. I had to change the cutting height and lifted the deck via the lift lever on left side and I pushed the button on top to lock it. It is now stuck in the raised position! Anybody have any ideas to release it? I've read a screwdriver works but I don't know where to push? I'm going to try a jack to ease the pressure off the deck but I'm sure there's another way. Any help out there? Thx!
