: Has anyone added a second turbo charger to an 8850 to increase horse power. I do not have any expierence adding a second turbo to the engine. However I have a 8850 stock at 425 PTO hp. Therefore about 460 engine hp. also it has awesome torque. I personally do not feel the tractor is capeable of handeling more hp. I think the powertrain and the engine block will fail prematurely. Just my thaughts, My 8850 has 10,000 hrs. I droped a valve seat at 8200 hrs. Picked up a nierly new engine from a generator for 10 grand, it only had 400 hrs. on it. Possibly you just need to do some fuel pump and injector work to yours.
