I just found this forum yesterday 12/5/2009 and I have no idea how long this has been posted.

On all X series tractors that have a loader mounted there needs to be a rock shaft lock out valve installed. This is a "T" handle valve mounted directly behind the front hydraulic quick disconnects. You need to close this valve before operating the loader with a mower deck installed. I believe this will also lock out the 3 point at the same time but I am not entirely sure of this. Good luck in finding an answer if this one is not correct.
