What I would recommed would depend on what you want to do with it. If it's Just cutting grass, and snow removal, the 318 or it's "little brother" the 316 would be great choices. If you also want to till a garden, then the cost of the 300 series machines and the 140 gets pretty high vs. a 214 or 216 when you figure in the rear PTO and the cost of a tiller attachment.
