Yesterday I snapped the shaft that holds the narrow front assembly (spindles and hubs). I am now trying to decide whether to repair this or install a wide front. My 630 was a very standard '59 and I still use it to bush hog, but it's no show piece. I am wondering about the value as I plan to sell it in 2-3 years and while it's no show piece, I want to retain all I can.
The next question will be whether I keep it a narrow front and whether anyone knows of a shop I can send this assembly to for replacement of the shaft as I can see it's rivited in and the shaft broke at one of the rivit holes.
