Have you checked the battery to see if if has enough amps to turn over the motor? It can measure 12 volts, but still be weak, needs to be tested under load, most auto parts stores will do it for free, takes about 20 minutes to do.
Problem #2, rough running, could be dirty fuel injectors, cracked fuel lines, fuel pump, and possibly a couple of other things.
