There is a ground wire on battery posts that is off or it could be a fuse holder with a blown fuse look at battery connection and see if you can see it.I do not know how to send a schematic to you.Ground when it is good gives 12 volts for lights.When I said it could be a fuse holder it uses a slow burn fuse.
