You might consider installing a tube if you can get one that size. That'll stop the leaks. Eventually, the tire will fail, but if your use is occasional and not in situations where a blowout will bring danger, it could buy you some time. The "Fix-A-Flat", may also buy you some time, but will make a mess to clean up when it does come time to replace the tires, and that time will come sooner or later.
