We own a 1990 john Deere model 318 lawn tractor, it starts great and mowes our lawn great as long as you keep the trottle in a high speed posiition, as soon as you reduce the engine speed the engine srarts surging but it goes away when the engine sppede is increased, it appears to be a idle-idel jet issue, what is the fix/?? Please advie, thanks.
