Paul - I'd look at cleaning the terminals and other contacts. Make sure the battery is kept on a trickle charger when not used for extended periods. The other issue can be how the battery was initially charged when new. If not properly charged out of the box, it will not take a charge as well, nor maintain the charge for as long. I had that issue with a JD Battery. The thing went south within a year. Took it back to the dealer, they said they had a rash of them that were bad and found out the owner's kid was not prepping them properly. - Dave
