I purchased a 1970? jd400 backhoe that runs fine but won't pull itself. How is the best way to find out if it is a clutch disc or reverser that is bad. and after reading about removing the reverser control, how are the oil tubes attached inside? I see they are just orings to the reverser. If I remove the reverser control do I stand a chance of an oil tube coming loose inside?
