I have a 4100 replaced alternator (now have 50 vac@ 2800rpm. Replaces voltage regulator/rec. Now am only getting 12.4 volts @ battery. Ia there a good way to check for voltage comming out of the reg/rec? Other thing I should be checking? HELP thanks
