My 2510 gas, 1966, when it is running and I push the lever up so the 3 point arms should rise they go real slow or not at all. If I jerk the steering wheel to the side they will go good again but sometimes I have to jerk it 2 to 4 times to get the arms all the way up. Likewise with my #48 loader. I have the lever on the tractor locked down so I have oil flow to the Hyd. valve outlets all the time. I use the levers on the loader for up and down. When going up with the loader or the bucket I have to jerk the steering wheel several times to keep it going up. It is just like the oil flow stops inside the tractor. Any help or advice.
