Hi Dale,
Thanks for the reply. The last problem I had after replacing the key switch was i was cutting the lawn for about 1 hour and the tractor shutoff. The 20 amp fuse holder was melting, but the fuse did not blow? When I replaced the switch everything seemed to work except the key switch would not energize the starter,so I jumped the solenoid switch to start it? I don't know what else to check. Is there a way for me to check the rectifier? How do I check to see if the charging system is working on the unit? Thanks again for your help.
Nick
