Hi Dale,
Thanks for the reply. It all stated out with the tractor would quit after an hour or so cutting. I narrowed it down to the key switch, and bought a new one. I got curious and took the old one apart and it was completely shot. However, I noticed that the 20 amp fuse and holder was getting extremely hot? The last time it did that, I could smell the holder buring? I am going to replace it also, but worried as to way it happened in the first place? The fuse never blew? What can you point to check? Can the battery be shorted? I checked all safety switches seat, neutral but not the brake switchh, i will do that next. I got a new pto switch on order, should be here next week.
Thanks for your help.
Nick
