2000 Model 4400 hst, hydro Forward/Reverse pedals hard to push, and "stick" once depressed. I took the "Shock/Dampner" off the linkage and still tough even after overkill on the lube/greasing of all moving items. Followed linkage from end to end to ensure no physical damage/impedement, but found nothing. Could low hyro fluid cause this (seems to be full according to manual), or what else could potentially contribute?
