Hoss, thanks for the info. Yes the book said it was a reverser type trans. It has almost no power to go forward. Reverse seems much better.
I just bought this tractor and wonder if the transmission filter might be clogged and could this be the cause of the slow no power? I plan to change it tomorrow.
If not, how much work and expense involved in a fix of it.
