hi everyone was wondering if any one has seen this problem on an stx38. 12.5 kohler has power no stumble stall high idle or low idle probs. Sounds healthy. Recently the mower is slow. 3rd gear is like first gear......5th gear is like 3rd gear...and climbing hills even slight grades is a major effort for it. Tractor is an early 90's model no smoke, new drivebelt, fuel filter, plug, air cleaner and pre-cleaner. Any advice would be appreciated thank you
