THERE Are several things that must be right for the engagement to happen,.#1 current. It goes trough the ignition switch. Seat safety switch must be closed.#2 air gap on the PTO clutch .08TH. The battery must have enough current to engage the clutch.Also The engine must be run at full throttle TO Please the engine harmonics And that Will the be equal to the current drawn by the elect. clutch.. With the discribed condition, I would First look at the Ignition switch. engine Off. Ignition on, Turn PTO switch ON and OFF several times You should hear a loud click up front. If that happens adjust air gap. If that don't do it get back to me I'll walk you through the repair. They are simple. Tony.
