Bob : Are you 9 feet from the loader bucket to loader arm pins ? And then extend outward by 9 feet ? If so the loader tilt cylinders may not have sufficient pressure buildup in the system to tilt the grapple. You can customize the grapple tilt by installing a larger diameter cylinder onto the tilt circuit. The only good way I feel you can determine this is to install a pressure gauge into the tilt circuit and see if the cylinder is reading system pressure, it may be as simple of tightening the tilt circuit line relif valved down but unless you have a gauge you could damage things if you turn up the line reliefs.
