my 318 surges bad if i dont pull the choke ot to about half to 3quarter way at WOT. i have rebuilt the carb which i think was a ripeoff cause for the price of the kit you dont get much. the small plug was what i needed most maybe it vibrated off is it ok to epoxy it in place? i have new air and fuel filters. i also feel its harder on fuel then before. what should the air screw settings be and will this effect it.frustrated thanks in advance
