vladimir : The wire that attaches to the spark plug and then goes into the ignition coil provides the ability to generate a spark, the coil has a metal framework that attaches to the engine block. When the magnet in the flywheel passes by the metal and coil at that point the piston should be near top dead center as you are looking in the spark plug hole. If they are not close together as you indicate then you have most likely spun the flywheel key.
Remove the flywheel and install a new keyway and watch out for objects that want to stop the blades from turning abruptly.
This should get you up and running but if it doesn't let us know.
