I have a Deere lawn mower....LT 150

It sat all winter and will not start without primeing the carb....It will run for 3-4 seconds and die.

I replace the fuel filter and when I took off the fuel pump and pulled the plunger it sprays gas.

Is ther any thing else that can cause the gas not to get to the carb ????
