I have a John Deere 7200 with approximately 7000 hrs on it. It has MFWD and it has not given me any problems until now. It sat unused for approximately two months over the winter. I took it out in the spring to begin planting. It went into reverse with no problems. It will not go forward in any gear except C4. It will sit in one spot unless you really rev the engine. At full RPM it will travel at 2 miles per hour. It will not go up hill, nor will it tow anything. The engine runs well with no surging. There is no unusual noise coming from the Hydrostatic transmission. It simply does not move. Today I took it out of the shed. It worked like brand knew. I then exprerienced the same problem after putting it into reverse. The fluids and filters had just been changed using John Deere recomended brands. This problem does not appear to be related to heat build up as it will happen when cold or hot. Any help would be appreciated.
