Yes, my 175 Hydro did the same thing . I sawed out a small piece of wood and wedge it between the adjustment lever and body to hold the lever from moving. It's an easy fix, Just cant change the deck height too easy, but I never do that anyway. It's a 1987 model.
anyone have a drive belt pulley route schematic for the 175 Hydro? I cannot seem to get any help from any JD dealer.
