Fred - There's no pulley on the 332 transmission. It's drive shaft driven. Chances are you have some worn components in the linkage to the transmission. You'll need to get the tech manual if you don't have it already. There were several linkage versions that Deere used on the 300 series tractors of that vintage. So you'll first need to identify the setup yours has, and go from there. - Dave
