: I have a 1958 330 S JD which was running 6 wks ago. Just took it into the dealer to fix it and before I could get it off the trailer they wanted to buy it. The last offer was $5500 - is this fair? Do you know anyone else who would want this model of tractor?
: Thank you,

According to the John Deere Data Book, the 330 was only built in 1958, 59, and 60. There were only two models produced the 330 S and 330 U. Of those, there were only 839 S's and 252 U's manufactured. I would say that in any condition your tractor is worth this much. If your tractor is in excellent condition I would consider talking with some collectors before selling. If you have any problems or questions post a follow-up.
