I don't know where you are cooming from OPE man. The JD is NOT a true Deere, and is NOT made in the same plant as the big combines. I sell these things for a living, and even the JD help lines, dealers, etc tell you it's not actually a Deere. The God's truth? The JD tractors and walk behinds are made by Snapper. Even get some in with baggers that say Snapper right on them.
My opinion is this: if you didn't buy one already, buy the Husq. Same quality, less money. It's really a no-brainer.
