Carb and Choke adjustment on an L130?

When I start up my L130 (full choke, half throttle), it starts up fine and then starts to surge and die over and over. The only way to keep it running is full throttle and almost full choke. I realize that means the carb needs to be adjusted, but where are the adjustments on this model and how do I adjust it? Any help would be appreciated.
