I did this with a J.D. GT275 with good results. I would recomend taking the deflector inside the deck off. Just use the mulching blades with the powerflow.By the way, I just bought a JD324 too. Once I pulled up on the safety pto lever to back up and my fingers accidently made the cruise control switch at the same time causing the tractor to lurch forward jumping a curb. The switches are very close together. Be careful. I can't believe this was the first time that it happened to someone, or the last.
