Mike - Could be a weak governor spring. Unfortunately, those are no longer available from Deere, unless the dealer has some in stock. You might try attaching the spring to a different hole in the governor to see if that helps. Otherwise, contact a Cummins/Onan dealer to see if they carry the sping. - Dave
