I'm wondering what the pros and cons are to the two types of wheels.

I see the pros of the rotatable wheel decks as, first off the ease in pulling the deck from beneath the tractor. Also, the deck comes with the spring loaded J-Pins. Also, it's easier to adjust the wheel height.

Any other considerations?
