Knowledge is priceless; something that needs to be shared. Perhaps the best approach is to post comments and question in the best forum that will yield the most informative information. Which forum is best? That is up each individual; not my call.
I have a JD 425; this forum continues to provide incredibly helpful information to me.
At the end of the day, I sense we all wanting to learn and help those in need of answers to their problems. That is why we visit this site/forum.
Regardless of what forum you visit you will find commentary that is not specific to your equipment or knowledge base.
By virtue of the number of comments relating to John Deere lawn and garden tractors posted on this forum I believe is rather unlikely you will see a significant reduction in JD lawn and garden postings as a result of your commentary.
I could be wrong; only time will tell.
In closing, my comment were not designed to be confrontational or condescending, only helpfull.
